How do we get the Constitution Party's candidate for President on the November 8th ballot? We need 7,500 certified signatures of registered Georgia voters on ballot access petitions.

We need your financial assistance to pay for the related expenses of the petition effort:  petitioner circulators, copying and postage, etc.  Our goal is to collect the needed signatures by June 30 so we need your help right now!  By state law donors are included in campaign finance reports only when their aggregate donations exceed $100 for the election cycle.

Ballot access is real political power!  This is bigger than the 2016 presidential election.  The Georgia Secretary of State is appealing the ruling against him that lowered our presidential ballot access requirements, because if the Party wins this battle it sets the precedent to reduce the requirements at the local and state level from 5% of registered voters to 0.15%!

This would make the ballot accessible to our candidates at the local level, enabling candidates to focus on campaigning rather than raising money for ballot access.  So instead of 1500 petition signatures for a State House race, only 50 would be needed.  Less than 800 petition signatures would be needed for a U.S. Congressional race.  This is what the political establishment in Atlanta fears.
